In trial week number two, the plaintiffs’ side rested and the defense gets to make its case. Yesterday afternoon Richard Moore of Moore-Hackney Associates testified on his plan for repairing town homes at Stoneledge on Lake Keowee. The trial is taking place in the Oconee Common Pleas Court at Walhalla.

A 21-year old Seneca area man, the subject of a public alert from the Sheriff’s Office, is in custody. According to the Oconee Sheriff’s Office, Keith Antwane Jackson was arrested this morning at the Probation Office and sent to the county Detention Center.
