Duncan co-sponsored bill advances

A bill, co-sponsored by South Carolina 3rd District Congressman Jeff Duncan, is moving forward. The Committee on Homeland Security yesterday passed H.R. 4228—a bill that requires Homeland Security to improve discipline, accountability and transparency in its purchasing actions. Duncan, Republican from Laurens, serves as chairman of the Oversight and Management Efficiency Subcommittee.
