Pipe to be replaced on South Carolina 24

Department of Transportation crews are replacing a pipe beneath South Carolina 24 today near Westminster. For the time the work is underway, it’s going to mean that two-lane 24—between Greenfield Road and South Hampton Street—will be reduced to one lane. Motorists should be careful.
