Animal Shelter to be closed Thursday

A “good thorough cleaning” is planned at the Oconee Animal Shelter near Seneca, and that will mean both the shelter and the office of the Oconee Humane Society will be closed all day Thursday. The shelter is running normal hours today, Wednesday, and Friday, but no one should bring a pet by on Thursday.
