Georgia residents arrested in Oconee

Two Georgia men were arrested Friday at an Oconee County scrap yard, and the Stephens County Sheriff’s investigators say those men brought a stolen car to that scrap yard. Roger Dale Littleton, 50, of Toccoa, and Christopher Hugh Kinney, 40, of Clarkesville were being held in the Oconee Detention Center and are charged with felony-theft…
