OMC to receive largest foundation gift ever

An anonymous couple donated $707 thousand in appreciated securities to create an irrevocable Charitable Remainder Unitrust for the hospital. Walhalla Middle School Principal Scott Dixon has announced 23 eighth graders at his school have qualified as Junior Scholars for the 2013-14 year. The preliminary scholastic aptitude test is one of the measures used to qualify Junior Scholars. The students must score high in verbal, math, and writing.
