Record for Walhalla Middle School

A record has been set at Walhalla Middle School. Ten band students were named members of All-State and All-Region. They are Olivia Lee, Madison Ranalli, Cadi Imbody, Lynda Knox, Nickolas Eleftheriou, Joshua Leonard, Shawntrell Stark, Megan Ranalli, Kristen Heape, and Audrey Boyles.

So far, power companies hold their own!

We’ve had no reports of power outages in Oconee County. Duke Energy reported a handful of outages in Anderson County. At last report, Blue Ridge Electric Co-Op had experienced no loss of customer service in its multi-county service district.
