Man charged in Seneca hit-run case

A 25-year old Seneca man has been arrested and charged by the police in a December 2 night time hit-run accident at East Main Street and Lindsay Road. According to Capt. Robert Tribble, the charge was placed against Justin Lee Lucio, who lives nearby at the Fair Oaks apartments.
