Group works to mark historic W-O District homes

Brass plaques are available to identify historic houses in the West-Oak District. It’s a current project of the seven-year old Westminster Area Historic Preservation Society.  Oconee County deputy sheriffs have completed tourniquet training with the kits that all certified deputies now carry. Defense presents witness

In trial week number two, the plaintiffs’ side rested and the defense gets to make its case. Yesterday afternoon Richard Moore of Moore-Hackney Associates testified on his plan for repairing town homes at Stoneledge on Lake Keowee. The trial is taking place in the Oconee Common Pleas Court at Walhalla.
