Grant to pay for spay and neuter surgeries

Seneca crime this morning!

An unlawful entry this morning at a Seneca apartment complex. The police say it happened at a unit of Applewood Villas on South Fourth Street. Suspects are being tracked and, according to Chief John Covington, one suspect is believed to be armed. The intruders are believed to have run into woods nearby.
