Walhalla appoints James Ashton

Walhalla has expanded the duties of fire fighter James Ashton. In addition to Ashton’s responsibilities for enforcing property codes, Ashton will also serve as the point man for zoning applications. In that capacity, he’ll serve as an advisor to the city’s board of zoning appeals which considers variances to the zoning ordinance.

The U-S Commodity Futures Trading Commission has announced that Judge G-Ross Anderson entered an emergency order freezing and preserving the remaining pool participant assets under the control of Easley resident Robert Stanley Harrison.
