$10 thousand pay raise for Moulder

Scott Moulder’s new three-year deal to continue as Oconee County Administrator will pay him an extra $10 thousand a year and jump his base salary to $155 thousand. According to action approved last night by the County Council, Moulder can look forward to unspecified adjustments in his pay in the years going forward.
