A signature drive opposing Duke Energy’s plan to lower the level of Lake Keowee by five feet was explained last night to Oconee County Council. A contractor from Roebuck, S.C. is in line to build the new Anderson-Oconee Behavioral Health Building in Seneca, estimated at $1.6 million. The county is to own the building at E.N. 1st and Holleman streets.
