One person required an ambulance ride to the hospital this morning, from a car accident near Walhalla, at Coffee and Zion roads. Walhalla fire Department personnel were among the responders to the accident at 4:50 a-m.

Home fire inside Oakway fire district

Fire broke out in a home inside the Oakway fire district, on the Return Church Road. The alarm for last night’s fire was sounded at 10:30. No one reported injured. Fire fighters remained on the scene for a little more than one hour.
