 Oconee sheriff’s officers made drug arrests—-today and last night. The Sheriff’s Department announcement states Bobby Jay Eugene Shead, 41-years old, has been charged with making meth and possessing chemicals and cooking equipment used at his home, 430 Village Creek Circle.
