Carjacking arrests

Two men from Charlotte, North Carolina are being extradited to Franklin County, Georgia to face charges of carjacking. Lake Hartwell Radio WLHR in Lavonia reports the crime occurred last Tuesday in Carnesville, at the Carnesville Car Wash on highway 59.
