Sinkhole UPDATE

After a contractor mobilizes equipment tonight, crews go to work tomorrow to fix a sinkhole in Westminster. City utility crews today worked to isolate the washout that collapsed a small part of the Windsor Street pavement. What caused this? City Administrator David Smith, “I think you can chalk it up to aging infrastructure.”
