DNR arrests Mountain Rest man

A 27-year old Mountain Rest man has been arrested and charged with illegal taking of bears or bear parts.  According to the booking report from the OconeeDetentionCenter, the charge against Jeffrey Ausborne Ball was placed Friday night by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
