Welcome Center traffic mishap

A van jumped the curb this morning at the South Carolina Welcome Center in Fair Play and damaged the structure for the vending machines. Rogers funeral plans set

Walhalla City Councilwoman and Oconee Red Cross Chapter leader Kathy Rogers died Friday afternoon after a battle with cancer.
