The Oconee County Sheriff’s office has arrested a Seneca woman in connection with a recent series of bomb threats in Oconee County.  Melissa Ann Griggs, 38 of 300 Carter Street Seneca was arrested Thursday on charges of trespassing at Wal-Mart.  According to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, Griggs was established as a viable suspect earlier in the…
