Halloween moves the bus pick up

For today only, Halloween, the Clemson Area Transit bus pickups in downtown Seneca will take place on North First Street in front of City Hall, instead of Main. The “CAT” bus stop moves today to accommodate this evening’s Halloween on the Green and ScareCrow Fest, which runs from 5 to 8 p-m.
