Bonus recommended

If the full Seneca City Council agrees, city workers will see something extra in their paychecks.  At a meeting yesterday, the council’s finance committee recommended a bonus for all city workers—general government and utilities.  That bonus, according to city clerk and financial director Joel Seavey, would not exceed three percent of an employee’s salary.
