Old courthouse deal put off

After last night’s public hearing, Oconee County Council will wait before taking final action on allowing private developers to convert the former courthouse into a motel. Aluminum recycling

Walhalla is now accepting aluminum cans to be recycled. City councilwoman Jennifer Crawford says the cans should be bagged separately and placed inside customers’ blue recycling carts.
