Funeral Services Planned for Seneca Couple

Funeral services have been planned for a Seneca couple who died in a house fire early Friday.  Edgar Blake Smith and his wife, Patsy Geraldine Hughes Smith, both 73, died early Friday morning in a house fire.  Oconee Coroner Karl Addis says both Mr. and Mrs. Smith died of smoke inhalation in the early morning…
