18-wheeler hits guardrail

At a curve on U-S 76, a large truck hit a guardrail. No one was hurt in yesterday morning’s accident near Brasstown Road, but the impact severed a side gasoline tank. Chief Bobby Williams of Oconee HAZMAT says 60 gallons of diesel fuel spilled, requiring a clean up by a commercial contractor. .

Drug case made in southern Oconee
