South Carolina DOT reports all bridge inspections conducted in the earthquake area are complete and no damage or life safety concerns were discovered. DOT bridge personnel began their inspections at daybreak Saturday—the morning  following the 4.1 shake which many residents of our area felt and heard.

A 4.1 magnitude earthquake shook things up around South Carolina Friday night.
