Bailes to make return bid

Westminster to hire full-time code officer

Westminster is close to employing a full-time code enforcement officer. City Administrator Jeff Lord says the search is down to a top candidate and an announcement could be made soon. The code officer will carry out enforcement responsibilities for zoning and business licenses.
