Sewer right of way for the new Walhalla High is a matter for Oconee school trustees to deliberate during an executive session, planned at the end of tonight’s regular September meeting. At their meeting tonight, Seneca planning commissioners elect officers and conduct other items of business.

A week-long term of Oconee General Sessions Court begins this morning at the courthouse in Walhalla. The prosecutor’s office has listed a case alleging criminal sexual conduct with a minor for the trial docket. Circuit Judge Cordell Maddox presides.
