Shaw, Clowney still on Gamecocks injury list

South Carolina quarterback Connor Shaw is still having some problems with the shoulder he bruised in the Gamecocks opener at Vanderbilt two weeks ago.  Steve Spurrier said Shaw didn’t throw the ball on Monday and he only got limited work in Tuesday’s practice.  Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney has bruised ribs and missed another practice Tuesday.…

The victim of yesterday’s fatal crash near Walhalla is a 55-year old woman. Deputy Coroner Greg Long said Joyce Grant of W. Bear Swamp Road was the lone occupant of a 1995 Ford Crown Victoria sedan.
