Parading For Kids

November 30, 2012

WGOG is hoping to make this Christmas a little brighter for needy children inOconeeCounty.  This year, WGOG along with Edwards Auto Sales, are parading for kids.  During Saturday’s Christmas parade in Walhalla, we’re asking parade attendees to drop an unwrapped toy or a new clothing item into the back of the WGOG/Edwards Auto Sales truck as we progress through the parade.  All donations will be given to needy children.  We hope everyone will help us make the season bright for children in our area.  The Walhalla Christmas Parade begins at5 pm.  There will be a lighting of the tree on the square next to Arby’s. The high school girls honor chorus will lead Christmas carols.
