Pardon and expungement workshop

If you have a criminal conviction on your record, there’s a chance next week for you to have it removed through a legal process. The 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office and Oconee Probation and Parole are facilitating a free workshop to offer information regarding provisions in state law to expunge an arrest record or acquire a pardon for a past criminal offense. The workshop takes place 2 to 4 o’clock Monday afternoon, September 22 at the Oconee QuickJobs Development Center at 100 Vocational Drive near Seneca. Registration is required and space is limited. To register, call Tri-County Tech Customer Resource Center at 864/646-1700 or register online at www.tctc.edu/scworks.
