The pavement markings, center line and edge line striping are going to be replaced this week on HiTech Road near Seneca. It means the road that serves as a connector between Wells Highway and 123, the Sandifer Boulevard, will be temporarily closed. The temporary closure begins at 12:30 a-m Thursday. According to Mack Kelley, Oconee County Engineer, the contractor expects to have HiTec Road re-opened for traffic at 2:30 a-m Thursday.
