Seneca- Lewis “Pete” John Blackwell, 67, of 670 Return Church Road, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Oconee Memorial Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (Block Church). Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service, 12 -2 pm, Wednesday at the church.   The family is at their respective homes.
