Pickens man arrested in Oconee car break-ins

Oconee sheriff’s officers have implicated a 30-year old Pickens man in car break-ins that occurred November 25 at two locations on the Sandifer Boulevard near Seneca. Andrew Glenn Holcombe was arrested and jailed Friday on charges of petty larceny and breaking into a motor vehicle. During one of the crimes a laptop computer, an I-phone and various other items were taken. In the other, the victim lost a set of car keys, a bank card, and other identification cards. Investigators say none of those stolen items, as yet, has been recovered.
