Pickens man receives 16-year term

A 34-year old Pickens man has been sentenced in an underage sex case in his home county. The office of the 13th Circuit Solicitor has announced that Christopher Lee Meadows received a 16-year prison term this week after being convicted by a jury of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree. According to the solicitor’s office, evidence presented in the Pickens General Sessions Court established that Meadows cultivated and maintained a sexual relationship with the 13-year old daughter of his girlfriend from December 2010 to March 2011.
