Pickup truck stolen near Westminster

A pickup truck was stolen from a home late last month in the vicinity of the Coffee Road near Westminster, and the Sheriff’s Office appeals to the public for information that helps solve this crime.  The 1999 Ford Ranger was taken from Suinual Drive during the late night hours of Sunday, August 28th or the early morning hours of Monday, August 29th.   Deputies have the South Carolina tag number for the truck, JBQ 388.  The victim says the truck had a dent on the right side and a brand new tail light assembly.  Also, the truck had silver in color diamond plate tool box in the bed.  Information about the truck has been entered into the National Crimes Information Database and the case has been turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sheriff’s Office.  If you have any information on the theft of a white 1999 Ford Ranger, you are asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or 864-638-STOP.  You don’t have to give your name when you contact Crimestoppers and all information given is confidential.  If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.
