Plane makes emergency landing

A small plane, bound for Greer, made a successful  emergency landing around 10 this morning at the Oconee Regional Airport near Clemson.  Three people were aboard, but all are OK.  Scott Moulder, county administrator, says the Piper Archer pilot reported engine failure six miles out at an altitude of six thousand feet.  All ended well, Moulder says, when the pilot was able to re-start the engine and make a successful.  Fire and EMS were enroute to the scene, but were cancelled.
