Planning commissioners to consider rezoning

At issue during a public hearing Monday night in Seneca will be a rezoning request that, if granted, would allow for five new homes on Northampton Road property. The land-holding company Crescent Communities has applied to change vacant property near the water tower from planning development zoning to R-20. Phil Lane, president of the Normandy Shores Property Owners Association, says members of his group will be there to make comments and ask questions about the application.
