Potential for “CAT” expansion

October 31, 2012

At any given time of the day, Clemson Area Transit buses crisscross Seneca transporting riders free of charge. But that’s Seneca. Now there’s an appetite to extend bus routes into Oconee County. A representative of the county’s bus study company told Seneca City Council how the city can help facilitate a public comment opportunity, likely to be important in determining whether Walhalla, Westminster and other Oconee locations receive service. Trey Hodges of the URS Company last night formally requested that Seneca provide a link to a public survey through the city’s webpage.
