Public’s help asked to locate a Georgia woman

Oconee Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help to find a Georgia woman who is being accused of filing a false police report. At the same time, the Sheriff’s Office has recalled a robbery warrant against a Pendleton man. The Sheriff’s Office has announced a warrant charging 21-year old Eulalia Miguel of Baldwin, Georgia with filing a false report alleging that Pendleton resident Orin Jerel Simpson Kemp robbed her of $2,500. According to the Sheriff’s Office, “As that investigation continued, evidence came to light that cleared Kemp of the strong armed robbery charge. Kemp was arrested May 5 by the Seneca Police Department on unrelated charges and is still being held at the Oconee County Detention Center. A hold has been placed on Kemp by another agency.” The warrant for Miguel’s arrest charges her with filing a false police report stating that she was the victim of the strong armed robbery while knowing the allegations were false. If you have information on the whereabouts of Eulalia Miguel, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers and qualify for a cash reward.
