Rain impedes Walhalla Streetscape work

Hutch ‘N Son tried but, as the contractor’s Patty Hutchinson said, “The wet weather is stronger than we are.”  Duke Energy cancelled its plan to make an electric power changeover this morning at College and Main.  Demotion work is about to start on a third block—N. Main between Spring and College streets.
