Re-zoning application heads to Seneca Council

The Seneca Planning Commission agreed last night to forward a rezoning application to a meeting of the city council. After opening the floor to public comment, the planning commissioners voted to change the zoning at 734 E. Main Street to allow for a mobile home for family purposes. If granted by the council, the property owned by Wanda Anchors would change in classification from R-G to R-6.
