Remains believed to be bear cub

Investigators say an examination of remains found along a road near Salem indicate they are that of a bear cub. Two men walking this morning on Shadberry Creek Road thought they had found the remains of what might have been a human hand or foot. The Oconee Sheriff’s Office investigated.
