Resignation within OC government

A resignation in the upper echelons of Oconee government. After two years, Glenn Breed departs as assistant county administrator—the first person to have held that job. Joel Thrift, chairman of Oconee County Council, quoted Administrator Scott Moulder as saying on Friday about Breed: “Things just weren’t working out.”
