Riley to return to A-COG board?

Former Seneca Councilman Ernest Riley is bidding for a new position on the policy-making board of the South Carolina Appalachian Council of Governments. A vote to decide whether Riley gets a regional board position is scheduled Friday by the A-COG board. Previously, Riley served the board as a designee of the Oconee Municipal Association, but he was forced to give up the position when he lost re-election to the city council during a March election.
