Roads slick in the Westminster area

The police chief at Westminster is re-enforcing today’s message of, if at all possible, stay off the roads. Chief Dean Awalt says Westminster roads and streets are slick—making driving a slippery proposition. And that includes 123—the main highway through town. For their driving safety, the police are operating a Hummer and stand ready to answer calls where they are needed.
