A tablecloth dinner, prepared by the culinary students at Hamilton Career Center, awaited the volunteers, donors and staff that make Oconee County’s only free medical clinic possible. Rosa Clark Medical Clinic held its annual appreciation dinner last night. The clinic, on Seneca’s South Oak Street, is able to provide free prescription medications and physician and lab services to thousands of those in need. Anthony Keck, Director of the state Department of Health and Human Services, keynoted last night’s dinner.
