Rosa Victoria Ramey Webb Roach, 69, widow of the late Wyman Franklin Roach, 607 Shiloh Road, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.    A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Friday, February 26, 2016 at Ole Country Church, 102 Old Hurricane Road, Westminster.  The family will receive friends from 12-2 prior to the service at Ole Country Church. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery. The family is at their respective homes.  Flowers are accepted.
