Long-time Oconee County sewer attorney Lowell Ross, now 81 years old, has decided 2014 will be the time he’ll begin to limit his law practice. And that means the Joint Regional Sewer Authority will have to turn to someone else for legal assistance. Ross will be missed. He was commended last night by sewer superintendent Bob Winchester, among others, for being an integral player in county sewer matters.
