Rotarians pepper Cain over broadband

The multi-year project to bring access to high-speed internet across Oconee County, in the opinion of the newest county councilman, has made for concern and excitement. But Paul Cain concedes that, of late, there has been more concern over FOCUS broadband—the rising costs and complaints that members of the public still can’t hook on. Cain fielded questions at this afternoon’s Seneca Rotary meeting.
