Sandifer on what to about the flag

Seneca’s representative in the South Carolina House likely spent the weekend mulling over the position he’ll take this week on what to about the Confederate flag. Bill Sandifer and the rest of his colleagues head back to the capital city and, reports speculate, a vote on the flag could come by Thursday. Interviewed last week, Sandifer responded to our question about a report that on the other side of the State House there are a sufficient number of senators who will vote to remove the flag from the grounds. But, so far as his personal position, it’s a position he has yet to settle. According to Sandifer, the District Two constituents he has heard from are split.
